Masteri Thảo Điền is a group of five towers on Võ Nguyên Giáp (the former Xa lộ Hà Nội) in Thảo Điền, District 2, with more than 3,000 apartments on a site of nearly 8 hectares. It is built around a park and a lake, sits at An Phú station on Metro Line 1, and shares its block with Vincom Mega Mall Thảo Điền.

People who want to commute to District 1 by Metro Line 1 from the station at the door, and families who want a pool, playgrounds and a park inside the gate with a large mall next door.

Inside Masteri Thảo Điền

• Towers 1 to 4: Four apartment towers of 41 to 45 storeys, with the pool, gym, library, children’s rooms and mini-mart in their shared podium.
• Apartment, service and retail tower: A 44-storey tower mixing apartments with services and shops; listings call it T5.
• Park and lake: A park of nearly 6,000 square metres and a lake of nearly 3,500 square metres in the middle of the site.

Schools, health and shopping

• Shopping: Vincom Mega Mall Thảo Điền, at 161 Võ Nguyên Giáp, was planned with the towers and stands next door. There is also a mini-mart in the towers’ podium.
• Parks and water: A park of nearly 6,000 square metres and a lake of nearly 3,500 square metres, with gardens, walking paths and a barbecue garden around them.
• Sport: A swimming pool, an outdoor sports court and a gym.
• Children: An outdoor playground, an indoor children’s area, a children’s playhouse and a library.
• Transport: An Phú station on Metro Line 1 is at the front of the site on Võ Nguyên Giáp.

Getting there

• By road, about 8 km to Bến Thành Market (10 to 15 minutes) and 11 km to Tân Sơn Nhất Airport (15 to 20 minutes), with no traffic.
• Metro Line 1, open since 22 December 2024, stops at An Phú station in front of the towers and runs through Thảo Điền, Tân Cảng and the Opera House to Bến Thành in District 1.
• By road the towers face Võ Nguyên Giáp, which runs from Saigon Bridge to the Thủ Đức intersection and was called Xa lộ Hà Nội until August 2023.

Good to know

• Masteri An Phú, at 179 on the same road, is a separate development by the same group. Check which of the two a listing means.
• Older listings and the developer’s own pages still give the address as 159 Xa lộ Hà Nội; the road was renamed Võ Nguyên Giáp in August 2023 and the number is unchanged.
