Renting in Feliz en Vista

Feliz en Vista is CapitaLand’s development at 1 Phan Văn Đáng in Thạnh Mỹ Lợi, District 2: three apartment towers named Altaz, Berdaz and Cruz, and a fourth tower of serviced apartments run by Ascott as Somerset Feliz. Topped out in April 2019 and handed over in phases from March 2020, starting with Berdaz and Cruz, it is known for its long list of shared facilities, including a 50-metre pool and a water slide.

Families with children who want a water slide, a children’s pool and a 50-metre pool at home, and people working in District 7 or District 1 who will drive in.

Inside Feliz en Vista

• Cruz: The first tower to launch, and the only one with one-bedroom apartments.
• Berdaz: The second tower to launch; most of its homes are two-level duplexes.
• Altaz: The third apartment tower.
• Somerset Feliz Ho Chi Minh City: The serviced-apartment tower, 154 apartments run by Ascott, CapitaLand’s lodging arm.

Schools, health and shopping

• Parks and water: A 50-metre pool, resort-style pools, a children’s pool and an adventure water slide.
• Sport: A gym and a yoga area among more than 100 shared facilities.
• Children: A treetop walking bridge, the water slide and a children’s pool, plus an outdoor cinema.
• Shopping: Faifo Lane, the shopping street on the ground floor of Vista Verde next door, is the nearest everyday shopping.

Getting there

• By road, about 9 km to Bến Thành Market (10 to 15 minutes) and 15 km to Tân Sơn Nhất Airport (20 to 25 minutes), with no traffic.
• CapitaLand puts District 1 and District 7 within a 10-minute drive, by the Thủ Thiêm tunnel, the Thủ Thiêm, Saigon and Phú Mỹ bridges, and the Thời Đại bridge.
• Metro Line 1 does not reach Thạnh Mỹ Lợi; its stations are along Võ Nguyên Giáp, several kilometres to the north. A city bus stop named for Vista Verde is on Trương Văn Bang, beside the two developments.

Good to know

• Vista Verde, CapitaLand’s earlier development at 2 Phan Văn Đáng, is next door. Check which one a listing means; both use ‘Vista’ in the name.
• Somerset Feliz, the fourth tower in the same grounds, is a serviced-apartment building run by Ascott rather than a block of private flats.
