Estella Heights is a group of apartment towers by Keppel Land and Tiến Phước at 88 Song Hành in An Phú, District 2, with 872 homes built in two phases and finished in 2017 and 2018. Two of its towers stand on Estella Place, a five-level shopping centre, and the grounds hold two 50-metre pools, tennis courts and a jogging trail.

• Phase 2: 376 apartments in two towers, completed in 2018.

• Sport: Two 50-metre swimming pools, a shallow lazy pool for children, two tennis courts, a 400-metre jogging trail and a gym in the clubhouse.

Getting there

• By road, about 9 km to Bến Thành Market (10 to 15 minutes) and 12 km to Tân Sơn Nhất Airport (15 to 20 minutes), with no traffic.
• Keppel Land puts the towers within a 15-minute drive of the central business district, by Võ Nguyên Giáp (the former Xa lộ Hà Nội) or through the Thủ Thiêm tunnel.
• An Phú station on Metro Line 1, open since 22 December 2024, is the nearest station, on Võ Nguyên Giáp to the west; trains run through Thảo Điền and the Opera House to Bến Thành.
