I was very pleased with my experience working with Nest agency. From start to finish, I worked with agent Dinh Thanh, and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an apartment in Hanoi. Thanh proved to be a responsible, punctual, and dependable professional. He was always available, responded promptly, and kept me informed at every stage. Even before I arrived in Hanoi, Thanh prepared a selection of apartments matching our criteria. For the ones I liked, he sent video tours, which helped me get a clear picture in advance. We had specific requirements: high-speed internet and a workspace. Thanh took all our wishes into account while strictly staying within our budget. When we met, he showed us the apartments from the video tours, as well as additional options tailored to our preferences. Thanks to his efficient work, we found an apartment in just one day — everything was fast and well organized. Thanh prepared all the necessary documents and accompanied us through every step of the contract signing. He is a very pleasant, helpful young man who assists with any question. We are truly grateful to Thanh for his work and dedication. If you're looking for an apartment in Hanoi and want a reliable, professional agent, don't hesitate to contact Dinh Thanh at Nest.

I had no idea about anything when I moved to Hanoi. Leslie from Nest Living didn't only have all the answers to my questions, she told me about so many things I hadn't even formulated questions for yet! And all with such style and grace. My apartment now isn't just comfortable, but also everything is so beautiful and I always look forward so much to coming home. Thank you Leslie! I especially love the MacGoose print on my throw cushions she helped me to choose.

Great service from Mitch. He quickly put together a list of properties that matched my needs, arranged viewings and had all the paperwork wrapped up in no time. Excellent support, very flexible with his time and a pleasure to deal with. Thanks Mitch!

We are so lucky to have Claire secure our new apartment for us. After having issues with our old apartment she was so quick and getting us sorted with a new home. Highly recommend using Nest to find your next rental in Hanoi 😊

I finally found my dream apartment with NEST after meeting with so many different realtors. Trust me so many realtors!! My agent was so patient throughout the whole process and always made sure to accommodate my needs. Since I have two big dogs it's hard to find the right apartment but NEST made it happen! My landlord is amazing too . I even got my dream couch and some amazing decorations from them . Everything turned out perfect.

When abroad, searching for your "home" is not the easiest task! I was lucky to have met Claire from Nest with whom I had a great experience and highly recommend working with her. She was attentive, professional and simply on point in finding the perfect home for me. She understood what I was looking for and listened carefully what was important which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. She was responsive and would genuinely go the extra mile as she cares. Thank you for helping me find my home!

What a service. We had a lot of difficulty finding the perfect house for us, and then came across Nest Living. I just gave them what I wanted, and they found a house so damn quickly that matched our description. I literally didn't even have to look at the second and third options. They are super professionals and will help you with the move as well. Highly recommend them.
