Renting in Times City

Vinhomes Times City is a group of apartment towers on about 36 hectares at 458 Minh Khai in Hai Bà Trưng, south of Hoàn Kiếm Lake, built from 2011 on the site of two former textile mills. The first twelve towers were finished in 2014 and the Park Hill towers followed from late 2016. Inside are Vinmec’s first international hospital, a Vinschool campus from kindergarten to high school, and the Vincom Mega Mall Times City under the towers, with an aquarium.

Families with children at Vinschool, people who want an international hospital inside the gates, and anyone who wants a self-contained group of towers with a mall underneath.

Inside Times City

• Times City (T towers): The first twelve towers, T1 to T11 and T18, finished in late 2014; T18 is now also called Park 4.
• Park Hill: The second phase: seven towers handed over in late 2016 and early 2017, which with T18 (now Park 4) are named Park 1 to Park 8.
• Park Hill, last four towers: Four 34-floor towers, among them Park 9, Park 10 and Park 11, with smart-home apartments on offer, 15,700 m² of landscaping and a Japanese garden on the 34th floor of Park 10.
• The Boutique: A row of 10 shophouses added in 2016.

Schools, health and shopping

• Healthcare: Vinmec Times City International Hospital, the first hospital in the Vinmec group, is inside the complex at 458 Minh Khai.
• Schools: Vinschool Times City runs a kindergarten, a primary school, a lower-secondary school and a high school on more than 51,000 m².
• Shopping: Vincom Mega Mall Times City fills one basement level under the towers, with shops, places to eat, an aquarium, a VinKE children’s play area and a CGV cinema.
• Sport: Residents have an indoor pool complex of about 4,000 m² under T18, outdoor pools at Park Hill including an 80-metre pool by the last four towers, and outdoor courts for tennis, badminton, volleyball, basketball and mini-football.

Getting there

• By road, about 6 km to Hoàn Kiếm Lake (5 to 10 minutes) and 32 km to Nội Bài Airport (30 to 35 minutes), with no traffic.
• Times City is on Minh Khai south of Hoàn Kiếm Lake and close to Vĩnh Tuy Bridge for Long Biên and the east; the elevated ring road runs west towards Ngã Tư Sở.
• VinBus runs a route between Times City and Vinhomes Ocean Park in Gia Lâm.

Good to know

• Apartments are known by tower: T1 to T11 and T18 in the first phase, and Park 1, Park 2 and so on in Park Hill. T18 and Park 4 are the same tower.
• Residents of all phases can use the outdoor pool at Park Hill.
