Interior Design: Styling and Renovation Consultations for a Rented Home
Styling and renovation consultations from Nest's own team, to make a lease feel like your own home rather than someone else's.
Real people, not a call centreMeet Leslie and Claire and the rest of the team. A real person reads every interior design request and gets back to you on the app you prefer, in English or Vietnamese.
How it works
Tell us about your move
Three short steps, about three minutes.
We contact you to book a call
A concierge contacts you, on the app you prefer, to find a time for a free 20-minute call.
We build your relocation plan
On the call we work out which services you need, in what order, and what each costs.
We get started
Your concierge takes you through the plan step by step. If you only need a home, a leasing agent looks after you from there.
A rented home does not have to look rented. The right furniture, lighting and a few changes the landlord agrees to can turn a plain apartment into somewhere you are glad to come back to.
Interior design is done by Nest's own team, the same people behind our furniture, so the plan and the pieces come from one place.
Changes to a rented home
Anything beyond furniture and styling, such as painting, new fittings or building work, needs the landlord's agreement first. Get it in writing, and agree whether the home has to be put back as it was when you leave. We can help you ask.
What to tell us
A short brief is enough to start.
- The home: photos, the floor plan if you have it, and what the landlord allows
- How you live, and what is not working now
- The style you like, with pictures if you have them
- Your budget and when you want it finished
What it costs
Every home is different, so we quote the work for yours. Ask us for a quote before anything is agreed.
