Дом с 4 спальнями с балконом в аренду, Лонгбьен, Ханой

Обзор

Описание ниже – на английском, как его написал хозяин.

The turn off the street in Ngoc Thuy leads quickly away from the city traffic, and by the time you reach the house the neighbourhood has settled down. Inside, the eighty square metres feel substantial, with an open-plan kitchen and dining area that flows straight into the living room. The kitchen has a generous island bench, so there is plenty of room to cook while someone sits opposite. Across the house there are four bedrooms, each furnished with a thoughtful mix of classic and modern timber pieces. A wide open-air terrace sits upstairs under the sky, paved in stone-look tiles with views across the greenery and neighbouring rooftops. Electricity and tap water are billed directly by the landlord each month based on your actual meter usage. It is the kind of home where you can head up to the terrace at dusk and watch the evening breeze come through the surrounding trees.
