Overview
Thirty square metres arranged as a single open room, with the bed set back from a dedicated kitchenette nook. It sits on the fifth floor of a building tucked down an alley off Lạc Long Quân. Bright daylight comes through multiple windows across the wood-look floors. Furnished in contemporary timber-finish pieces with light-toned upholstery, the space feels settled and ready to live in. Internet and regular cleaning are included in the rent, with electricity metered separately and small fixed fees for water and laundry. The flat opens directly onto a private balcony looking out across the neighbourhood rooftops.
