Studio with Balcony for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Turning off Lạc Long Quân into the alley, the city traffic fades before you even reach the building door. A lift carries you straight to the ninth floor, where this thirty-square-metre rooftop studio sits high above the neighbourhood. Inside, the open-plan room comes fully furnished and arranged so every corner has a clear purpose. Double doors open out onto a private terrace with open sky all around it. Cleaning and internet are included in the rent, electricity is metered on actual usage, and tap water and laundry run on fixed monthly rates. You step outside onto the terrace as the sun drops, with the quiet roof level entirely to yourself.
What it really costs
