Listing number NEST-11524
4-Bed Villa with Lake View for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Late afternoon light comes off the water and fills the villa, which looks directly out over the lake from Dang Thai Mai. With 140 square metres laid out across four furnished bedrooms and five bathrooms, there is genuine breathing room for everyone. An elevator connects the levels, running all the way from the ground floor up to the private rooftop. Outside, a private garden wraps the lower level, while upstairs the balcony gives you an open spot to sit above the street. Electricity and tap water are billed directly by the landlord each month based on actual usage. On a quiet evening, the view across the water keeps you out on the balcony long after dinner.
What it really costs
Open-book pricingNo hidden or surprise costs. The landlord has confirmed what the rent covers, so the only extras are the metered bills below.
Electricity and water are billed by the landlord each month on your actual usage, so they are not included in the total above. Anything not listed above is covered by the rent: the landlord has confirmed there is nothing further to pay.
