Listing number NEST-11337
1-Bed Apartment with Balcony for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Fully furnished on the second floor of Dang Thai Mai, the thirty-five square metres are laid out with practical ease in mind. A glass partition separates the open-plan kitchen and living space from the single bedroom. The arrangement keeps the rooms connected while moderate natural light reaches across the wood-look floors from the bedroom windows. In the main lounge, a fabric modular sofa faces the fitted kitchen, where an under-counter washing machine is already installed. An elevator serves the building, electricity is billed directly on your actual usage, and cleaning comes on a fixed monthly charge. Outside, you have your own private balcony looking across to the neighbouring buildings.
What it really costs
Open-book pricingNo hidden or surprise costs. The landlord has confirmed what the rent covers, so the only extras are the metered bills below.
Electricity is metered and billed on your actual usage, so it is not included in the total above. Anything not listed above is covered by the rent: the landlord has confirmed there is nothing further to pay.
