1-Bed Apartment with Balcony for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Turning off Dang Thai Mai in Tay Ho, the neighbourhood immediately settles into a calm, quiet pace. Up on the sixth floor, this furnished one-bedroom apartment makes clever use of its thirty square metres. An open-plan living and kitchen space connects to the bedroom through a neat glass partition wall. Bright natural light comes straight through the bedroom window across the wood-look flooring. Out on the private balcony, you look across to neighbouring buildings and balconies. Practical touches are arranged cleanly, with electricity metered on usage and cleaning handled for a fixed monthly amount. It is an easy, bright space to return to at the end of the day.
What it really costs
Open-book pricingNo hidden or surprise costs. The landlord has confirmed what the rent covers, so the only extras are the metered bills below.
Electricity is metered and billed on your actual usage, so it is not included in the total above. Anything not listed above is covered by the rent: the landlord has confirmed there is nothing further to pay.
