Listing number NEST-11261
1-Bed Furnished Apartment for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Turning down Tu Hoa street in Tây Hồ brings you right to the building, where the elevator travels up to the sixth floor. Across seventy square metres, the flat opens into a bright, open-plan living and kitchen space lined with light tiled flooring. It comes furnished with modern grey upholstered seating and wood-look pieces that sit naturally in the generous room. Large windows bring in plenty of daylight and look out across the neighbouring rooftops and buildings. The single bedroom sits separately, private and quiet, beside a bathroom fitted with a glass-enclosed rainfall shower and its own window. Utility costs for electricity, tap water, and laundry are metered and paid on actual usage. In the evenings, it is a calm space to settle into after the walk back along the street.
What it really costs
Open-book pricingNo hidden or surprise costs. The landlord has confirmed what the rent covers, so the only extras are the metered bills below.
