Listing number NEST-4713
2-Bed Apartment with Balcony for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Across ninety-five square metres on the fifth floor, the layout separates two proper bedrooms from a wide, open-plan living room and kitchen. Sliding glass doors bring bright daylight straight through the heart of the home, leading out to a tiled balcony fitted with outdoor seating and potted plants. Furnished in calm, contemporary pieces, the main room easily holds an upholstered sofa alongside a generous dining bar. There are two bathrooms, so both bedrooms keep their privacy intact when friends visit. Electricity is metered on actual usage. Out on the balcony, you get a quiet vantage point over neighbouring rooftops toward a distant water view.
What it really costs
