Listing number NEST-4452
1-Bed Furnished Apartment for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
On the fifth floor of Au Co, this 55-square-metre apartment divides cleanly into an open living room and a quiet bedroom behind an internal window. Glossy light-coloured tiles run throughout the main space, reflecting the daylight from the living area into the kitchen. It comes furnished with a corner sofa and matching wood-finish furniture, so you can settle in straight away. The kitchen is set up with a cooktop, an extractor and a freestanding refrigerator against the wall. A separate bathroom has fully tiled walls and a walk-in shower behind a glass screen. Electricity and drinking water are metered on your actual usage, while tap water is billed as a flat monthly rate. Coming home off Au Co, the lift takes you straight up to your front door.
