Listing number NEST-8671
3-Bed Apartment with City View for Rent in West Lake, Hanoi
Overview
Midday daylight comes straight through the wide glazing of the front room, seven floors up over the neighbourhood rooftops. At 230 square metres, the scale is immediately obvious, laid out across dark reddish-brown wood-look planks with three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It comes furnished with dark wood beds, desks, fabric sofas, coffee tables, and papasan chairs. A central hallway cuts back through the plan toward the quieter, dimmer interior bedrooms, while electricity is metered separately on actual usage. Out past the main living space, the balcony opens directly above To Ngoc Van to look across neighbouring buildings and the city skyline.
What it really costs
Open-book pricingNo hidden or surprise costs. The landlord has confirmed what the rent covers, so the only extras are the metered bills below.
Electricity is metered and billed on your actual usage, so it is not included in the total above. Anything not listed above is covered by the rent: the landlord has confirmed there is nothing further to pay.
