About the development
The first Nobu Residences in Southeast Asia: a 186-metre, 43-floor tower at No. 01 Vo Van Kiet, on the corner with Vo Nguyen Giap, directly facing My Khe beach in Son Tra. It holds 264 branded vacation apartments and 186 Nobu hotel rooms on a 3,000 m² site, with two basements.
The apartments are designed in a Japandi style with local touches: ceilings up to about 3 metres, 1.5-metre balconies, dual-balcony and dual-key layouts, and sandstone, Shoji glass, rattan and Washi finishes. Eight sky villas and penthouses at the top include ones with a heated sky pool.
