A better way to rent
Nest was founded because renting a home as an expat is full of traps. Listings that are already gone, photos that do not match the place, surprise fees, and deposits that never come back.
So Leslie, our founder and CEO, built the opposite. Homes are inspected in person before they go live. Pricing is shown all-in, not just the headline rent. The landlord pays our commission, so you never pay a tenant agency fee. And the same team is with you from your first message to the day you get the keys.
